Eyelash Extension "Warranty"

You are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking your appointment, which will come off the cost of your treatment on the day. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment, if 24 hours notice is given.

Deposit will not be refunded for late cancellations or no-shows.

Silk is a small business with limited appointment availability and last minute cancellations have a huge impact on my business. Therefore, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you. If you fail to attend this appointment someone else misses out.

No-shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be forefitted.

I know it's strict - but it has to be!

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure I have plenty of time to complete your service. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be cut short to ensure I am running on time for the next client.

Your privacy is my 100% priority. I will never disclose any information, including verbal conversations to another other persons.

All of your personal information including name, address, contact information, financial details and treatment details are protected according to the Privacy Act 1988.

Trust me - I understand the struggle of juggling children! So if you need to bring them to your appointment I do understand. 

However, as my work requires a lot of concentration, I ask that you try your best to find childcare arrangements.

I am also a huge believer in the importance of self-care, and your appointment with me should be time out away from the kids for you to relax!
